How they work together

The three decks are designed to be used together, though each also stands alone. The Behaviour Risk Cards name what is happening. The Better Behaviour Cards name what to do instead. Human Hacks builds the practice that makes change sustainable. Use them individually for daily reflection, in pairs or small groups for structured conversations, as part of team meetings and supervision, or as a facilitated team activity. There is no single correct pathway. Regular use builds faster, clearer, and more confident human judgement over time.
