Not For Humans

Our Resources

Facilitate Not For Humans

Help for-purpose organisations understand and respond to AI. Be part of building how we do it.

Not For Humans resources are designed to be used by organisations themselves. But some of what we are building, particularly the Not For Humans Governance Toolkit, will benefit from skilled facilitators who can work with leadership groups in a structured, supported way.

If you work with for-purpose organisations in a facilitation, consulting, or organisational development capacity, we would like to hear from you. We are at an early stage, and that is deliberate. We want to build the facilitator program with people who know the sector, not just for them.

The Opportunity

The sector needs this, and facilitators can help deliver it

For-purpose organisations are navigating AI with limited resources, limited guidance, and significant risk. The stakes are real. These are the organisations that will be first responders if and when AI-driven disruption hits the communities they serve. Right now, most of them are unprepared.

Not For Humans resources are built to change that. They are grounded in behavioural science, designed for self-facilitation where possible, and priced to be accessible. But a skilled external facilitator can take that further.

Creating space for honest leadership conversations, supporting the process over time, and helping organisations move from awareness to action. That is where you come in.

What a skilled facilitator adds

Honest leadership conversations

AI governance surfaces uncomfortable questions about accountability, risk appetite, and leadership behaviour. An external facilitator creates safety for those conversations to happen.

Sustained process support

A skilled facilitator holds the thread across sessions, maintaining momentum, tracking progress, and keeping a group accountable to its commitments over time.

Sector expertise

You understand the operating environment these organisations work in: the funding pressures, the mission tension, the workforce constraints. That context shapes how the resources land.

From awareness to action

Not For Humans resources are built to end in decisions and commitments. A facilitator helps leadership groups move from knowing what needs to change into the harder work of deciding and owning what happens next.

In Development

The Not For Humans Governance Toolkit

The Not For Humans Governance Toolkit is a whole-of-organisation program being developed for for-purpose leadership groups. It is designed to lead a leadership group through a structured process over a series of sessions, ending in a human-owned governance action plan.

The Toolkit is built around the Know / Decide / Be Accountable framework: a structured approach to understanding what your organisation knows about AI, what decisions need to be made, and who is accountable for what. The Human Behaviour Cards are embedded throughout.

Currently in development

The Toolkit is not yet available. Facilitators who register their interest now will be among the first to access it, and your input will genuinely help shape how it is built and supported.

What the Toolkit is being built to include

A leadership reflection workbook

Individual and between-session activities to support each participating leader in reflecting on their own relationship with AI and connecting that to organisational accountability.

Guided session structure

A series of structured sessions designed to run over an extended period. Self-facilitated by default, and well suited to delivery by a skilled external facilitator who can deepen the process.

The Human Behaviour Cards throughout

All three decks are embedded in the Toolkit and used across sessions. Facilitators who register interest now can access the cards immediately.

A governance action plan

The program is designed to end in a human-owned governance action plan with clear accountability and review commitments built by the leadership group itself.

Where We Are

Honest about where we are

The facilitator program does not exist yet in a formal sense. There is no accreditation, no training program, and no finalised licence agreement. What does exist is a clear direction, a product in development, and a genuine desire to build this with the right people involved from the start.

A facilitator licence will be required to deliver Not For Humans resources to external organisations. Licences will be non-exclusive. Pricing will be confirmed by November 2026. If you purchase Not For Humans products before a licence is in place, your standard purchase is subject to the User Licence Agreement.

This is an early invitation. If that appeals to you, we would love to hear from you.

What registering your interest means right now

  • You join the facilitator interest register
  • You will be among the first to know when the Governance Toolkit is available
  • You will have priority access to the first facilitator cohort
  • Registering now will be reflected in your pricing when the facilitator licence is formalised
  • A formal accreditation pathway is planned and will be developed as the program matures

Licence note

A facilitator licence will be required to deliver Not For Humans resources to external organisations. Licences will be non-exclusive. Pricing will be confirmed by November 2026.
